Q: Are all of your clothes made in the USA?

A: Yes, each garment is designed, fit, and produced in New York. We work with some of the top factories in NYC to produce our clothes with pride.


Q: Can I try your clothes on in a store near me?

A: We are a direct-to-consumer brand, this means we’re able to keep our prices low by cutting out the middle man, allowing us to bring you the highest quality clothing at uninflated prices. We currently do not have a store front, but we hope to facilitate fitting appointments at our showroom in the future.


Q: How do I know my size?

A: We’ve provided size charts on each garment. Our model wears a size 4 or small. We’ve done our best to outline the fit of each garment but if you have any questions, please email us at help@ladingnyc.com and we will do our best to recommend your best fit in our clothes.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We're pleased to offer international shipping at a low flat rate of $8 and free international shipping on orders over $350. You can review all of your shipping policies here.

 

Q: I need to exchange my item for a different size, can you do this?

A: Of course! Please send us an email, help@landingnyc.com, with your order number and we will gladly help you exchange the item for a different size or style.

 

Q: Will you be available during the Holidays?

A: We will do our best to answer all questions during the holidays. As this is a high-volume time, we ask for patience in answering all of your emails. As we want everyone to enjoy time with their families, our offices will be closed from December 24-26, as well as December 31 through January 2. Our shipping cut-offs can be found on our shipping page.
